How to get prices, send lists and find the store.
How do I get a price?
Send a quotation request with the items, sizes and quantities you need, or message us on WhatsApp. Prices are given on a quotation so they match the exact sizes and quantities you ask for.
Do you sell to individuals or only to businesses?
Both. We supply wholesale and retail, so contractors, companies, distributors and individual customers can all buy from us.
Can I send a full list of items?
Yes. Paste your list into the quotation form, one item per line, or send it to us on WhatsApp or by email at info@hardwarecity.sa.
Can I ask for several products in one request?
Yes. Press Add to quote on each product and choose the size and quantity. When you are ready, open your quote basket and send everything in one request by WhatsApp, email or both. No payment is taken on the website.
Is my request sent automatically on WhatsApp?
No. We save your request and open WhatsApp with the message ready to send; it reaches us when you press send. If you choose email, we email it to our team and, when email is working, send you a copy.
I can't find a product on the website. Can you still supply it?
Our online catalogue is still growing. Search lets you type in Arabic or English and copes with spelling mistakes; if the item still isn't there, send us its name, size or code and we will tell you whether we can supply it.
What do you sell?
Hand tools, screws and fasteners (drywall, wood and self-drilling screws, anchor bolts, screw hooks), sanitary ware and plumbing fittings, locks and door hardware, cleaning and household supplies, building and finishing tools, drilling and cutting accessories, and garden, car and safety equipment. Sanitary ware is on display at our branches and supplied on request.
Where are your branches?
We have five branches. In Riyadh: Jiyad Street, Al Faisaliyyah (head office), and a second branch whose location we send on request. In Madinah: near Ar Rummanah, in Shadhah, and on Omar Bin Al Khattab Road in Urwah. The Branches page has photos and a map link for each.
Can I ask for a quotation outside opening hours?
Yes. The website takes quotation requests 24/7, and the customer service assistant can help you find items at any hour. Requests sent while we are closed are answered when we open.
What are your opening hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 11:30 AM and 3:30 to 7:00 PM (Riyadh time). We are closed on Friday. Enquiries sent on the website or WhatsApp outside these hours are answered when we open.
How will you reply to my request?
By the method you choose on the form: WhatsApp, phone or email. When you send a request you get a quotation number such as QT-2026-1103-0001 (year, month and day, then the request's number that day); quote it when you contact us.
